Super Spider, inspector robot, Inspector Bots, Louisville, Colorado, USA

This is a test of the Super Spider from Inspectorbots. This tele-operated robot is shown climbing up a very slippery aluminum plate set at a 30 degrees angle. The robot traverses a large electrical cable during the climb and is able to stop and hold its position while the on-board FPV video camera films and records in High Definition.
The camera is able to look directly overhead as well as down during an inspection. This test was done for a potential customer who is interested in finding a robot to inspect the inside of wind turbine blades on site. The Super Spider is designed, built and sold by Inspectorbots in Colorado.
