A cool video of a mechanical horse dragon being paraded through the streets of Nantes, France.

The 12 metre high horse-dragon, named ‘Long-Ma’, was built by French theatre company La Machine as a gift to the people of China to celebrate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and France.

The elaborate machine weighs 45 tonnes and can gallop, lie down, blow smoke out of its nostrils and breathe fire out of its mouth.

Robot dragon fights a giant spider in Beijing's Olympic Park

Two mythical creatures, a giant spider and a huge dragon, have faced one another in battle at Beijing's Olympic Park.
The two beasts were in reality giant robots, designed to celebrate the 50th anniversary of France and China opening diplomatic relations.
