Hoverbike Scale Model Ver:1.2

Still refining the design.
This flies well, but I am not happy with it to go on sale. I am current working on Ver:2.
This next version should be the RC one for sale. I want these to out perform a quadcopter. The Hoverbike has the advantage of better efficiency and faster roll rate leading to better acrobatics. The trick is making the scale model as simple and cheap as a quadcopter. That's easy on the full size bike but a challenge small model keeping the size, weight and cost down, when you don't have a budget and ability to mass produce. Will get there.

Our second generation Hoverbike in a unmanned static hover.
This vehicle is very capable of lifting a person of at least 100kg, however for safety and legal reasons we are testing this vehicle as a drone for the time being, as it makes do difference to the aircraft if it's lifting a human or dummy payload.

Hoverbike - Malloy Aeronautics, P3A Autonomous Mission

Malloy Aeronautics Hoverbike - prototype no: 03 - on an autonomous mission, conducted testing and evaluation.
This is our 3rd prototype. She is nearly a 1 1/2 years old.

This vehicle is all electric, and can carry 130kg. It has shrouded rotors for safety, a redundant drive system (she's a Quadrotor, but there is more going on under her skin than can be seen), and can be operated using a tablet, phone or laptop.
This vehicle has been designed to carry a human, however we are still conducting testing to ensure the vehicle has greater safety and reliability than a typical helicopter (this is the cool thing about it also being a drone - we can conduct 1000's of hours of flight testing before a single person gets on)
