Ziggy Wins Gold in the Walker Challenge at RoboGames 2010

Nick Donaldson's hexapod walker Ziggy retained his Gold Medal for the seventh year in a row at RoboGames 2010. The Walker
Challenge is an offroad race for walking robots over a debris field including 2x4s, PVC pipe and old disk drives followed by a 2x4 staircase. Ziggy is currently the only robot in the competition to be undefeated and holds seven gold medals in the Walker Challenge.

Nick Donaldson's veteran hexapod robot Ziggy takes the Bronze Medal in the Walker Challenge at RoboGames 2013. Ziggy held the Gold Medal in this event for 8 years before losing it in 2012 to the Indonesian robot DU116 Walker, which took the silver this year behind Nick's new robot Grinder.
