This is the first-of-its-kind remote controlled racing set that uses an artificially intelligent track to assist steering through turns at 180 mph scale speeds. Only available from Hammacher Schlemmer, the durable vinyl racetrack assembles from 20 pieces in minutes, enabling drivers to configure over 40 different track layouts, including some that use a flyover bridge to create crossover circuits. The slots of conventional tracks are replaced by sophisticated artificial intelligence that determines a car’s orientation on the track, automatically compensates for angle and drift, and helps drivers cleave to the track even as they attempt tight turns and daring passes.
