    SpaceX Starlink 103 launch and Falcon 9 first stage landing, 4 September 2023

    A SpaceX Falcon 9 launch vehicle launched 21 Starlink satellites (Starlink-103 / Starlink 6-12) to low-Earth orbit from Launch Complex 39A (LC-39A) at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida, on 4 September 2023, at 02:47 UTC (3 Septembe, at 22:47 EDT). Following stage separation, Falcon 9’s first stage landed on the “Just Read the Instructions” droneship, stationed in the Atlantic Ocean. Falcon 9’s first stage (B1073) previously supported nine missions: Hispasat Amazonas Nexus, SES-22, Hakuto-R M1, CRS-27 and five Starlink missions.

    Chandrayaan-3 observed by NASA’s LRO

    NASA’s Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) spacecraft has imaged ISRO’s Chandrayaan-3 lander, named Vikram, about 600 kilometres from the South Pole of the Moon, the Shiv Shakti Point (69.373 S, 32.319E).

    Chandrayaan-3 observed by KPLO (Danuri)

    The Korea Pathfinder Lunar Orbiter (KPLO), also known as Danuri ( 다누리), has imaged ISRO’s Chandrayaan-3 lander, named Vikram, about 600 kilometres from the South Pole of the Moon, the Shiv Shakti Point (69.373 S, 32.319E), on 27 August 2023.
