Peace Joy Robots: 28 Sphero robotic balls all independently programed and controlled by 4 smartphones to Trans-Siberian Orchestra's "Christmas Eve / Sarajevo". Swarm Holiday Wishes

Happy Holidays!
This video was made using 200+ kilobots at the Bristol Robotics Laboratory, which houses a swarm of 1000 bots.
The robots were built by students at the University of Bristol and the University of West of England based on designs from Harvard.
The Bristol kilobots were modified to detect colors from an overhead projector using an ambient light sensor and to light up their LED in the corresponding color - which makes them robot-pixels for this holiday video!
Special thanks to the Bristol Robotics Laboratory and the Department of Engineering Mathematics at the University of Bristol.
The video was filmed by Matthew Hockley, the robots were programmed by Simon Jones, and the video was edited by Sabine Hauert.
