Mobileye Celebrates Public Debut and First Day of Trading on the New York Stock Exchange

Mobileye N.V., a leading developer of camera-based technology to avoid automobile collisions, will visit the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on Friday, August 1st to celebrate the company’s completion of its initial public offering and first day of trading. Mobileye will commence trading on the NYSE today under the ticker symbol “MBLY.”

To highlight this company milestone, Chairman & CTO, Amnon Shashua, along with President & CEO, Ziv Aviram and other members of Mobileye’s leadership team, will ring the NYSE Opening Bell and visit the NYSE trading floor to observe the stock opening.

Mobileye, the BMW Group and Intel announced that a fleet of approximately 40 autonomous test vehicles will be on the roads by the second half of 2017.

The three companies reveal details about their partnering model including a scalable architecture that can be used by other auto developers.
