With androids already being used in Japanese hospitals and nursing homes, The Hen-na Hotel will attempt to capitalize on the benefits of using androids to reduce labor and operating costs. Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group is also employing its first robot 'Nao' to deal with customers in branches. The robot is able to speak no fewer than 19 languages and can determine customers' emotions from their facial expressions.
