Moley Robotics presents #kitchenrobot cooking Paella. Recipe Included!

    Feb 1, 2021

Some Spanish cuisine this week? Chicken & Chorizo Paella warms you up and reminds you about vacation time. Our chef James Taylor has recently taught Moley Robotic Kitchen to cook it. Soon, a subscription-based recipe-platform will go live on our website. There, you will find step-by-step recipes from our chefs worldwide. Meanwhile, watch the robot cooking Paella in our new video.
For a delicious Paella, follow these steps:

    1. Heat 10g of olive oil and gently cook 50g of small diced onions before adding the same amount of diced carrots and chorizo, accompanied by 10g of smashed garlic. Add some
salt and pepper and continue to cook for around 5 minutes.
    2. Turn up the heat and then add 4 chicken thigh fillets in small chunks to brown all over. When the chicken is coloured all over, turn down to moderate heat.
    3. Stir in the spices — 1 tsp of smoked paprika, a pinch of saffron, sea salt & black pepper, and 10g of tomato puree. Stir to coat the chicken.
    4. Add 90g of red peppers and 150g of paella rice, followed by 500ml hot chicken or vegetable stock and 15g lemon juice. Check the seasoning and add more salt and pepper if necessary.
    5. Bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer for around 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    6. Add 90g of peas or soybeans and leave simmering for a further 5 minutes. Check the seasoning once more and serve with the lemon and parsley.

    Moley's showroom

    Dec 29, 2023

After nine years, the wait is finally over.
London's iconic Moley Robotics Showroom at 16A Wigmore street, opened its doors. CEO Mark Oleynik performed an official opening of showroom to special guests invited to get a sneak peek at the first robotic kitchens that prepared incredible dishes.
Oleynik kicked off the remarks and welcomed guests who had come as far as Europe and America to partake in the unveiling of the new 300 square-metres space.
A few moments later, guests wishing to witness the grand event were gathered together to watch the culinary performance and taste specially selected dishes prepared by the robot chefs. Renowned chef James Tailor, even joined the event to compare the robot-prepared dishes with his own creations.
The massive white tone space, with at least a two-story-high ceiling, features the store's original arched windows and mirrored surfaces galore to brighten up the space.
The showroom's unique interior was designed by famous Italian designer Mauro Izzo.
And finally, thanks to the ingenious work of Moley Robotics engineers, the showroom now showcases a remarkable line of robotic kitchens, marking a significant leap in culinary innovation.
