    In the 7th semester of the Mechatronics/Automation study at the Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences Campus Gütersloh various mechatronic projects were developed under the direction of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Thomas Freund.

    The team consisted of Tom Töws, Matthias Risse, Jan Ewerszumrode and Laurids Wetzel who took on the task of improving and optimizing the existing project of a Rubik's cube solving machine to such an extent that the machine can be used reliably at trade fairs and information days.
