    Hope Mars Mission launch

    The UAE Space Agency’s Hope Mars Mission was launched by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries’s H-IIA F42 launch vehicle from the Yoshinobu Launch Complex, at JAXA’s Tanegashima Space Center, Japan, on 19 July 2020, at 21:58:14 UTC (20 July, at 06:58:14 Japan Standard Time - JST). The Hope Probe (مسبار الأمل) was developed by the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC) in the United Arab Emirates and is designed to study the atmosphere of Mars.

    Live Launch of the Emirates Mars Mission” Hope Probe” from the Tenaghashima Space Centre in Japan.
    The Emirates Mars Mission Hope Probe, the first Arab interplanetary mission, has been developed by the UAE. The Hope Probe will be the first spacecraft to provide a complete picture of the Martian atmosphere and its layers when it reaches the red planet’s orbit in 2021. It will help answer key questions about the global Martian atmosphere and the loss of hydrogen and oxygen gases into space over one Martian year.
