Transkribus Lite 2.0 | Automatically transcribe, edit and collaborate on historical documents

    Mar 15, 2022

Working with handwritten documents just got a lot easier. Meet the new Transkribus Lite 2.0. No need to download or install.
Want to quickly recognize a small number of handwritten pages? With the “quick recognition” feature you can run a text recognition job with just a few clicks.
From the new “home” page you can access the most important areas and features of Transkribus directly. Organize all your documents and collections, and check your recent jobs. (Pause) See your recent work, and open your collections.
To quickly process your documents, just select them, look for the model you want to use, and start the text recognition process.
If you want to use special characters, your new best friend is the virtual keyboard that we have added.
There is even more to explore. Try out the new release at https://transkribus.eu/lite
