    Kryteria Metaverse: behind the scenes

    Mar 25, 2021

The production of the Kryteria Metaverse virtual performance utilises a range of tools and processes normally reserved for big budget Hollywood blockbusters.

Using the same techniques that powered the recent Star Wars Mandalorian series Kryder and ConduitXR began by designing the 'Kryder-Punk' avatar - a digital representation of me that is fully equipped to handle realtime animation data that is transferred via motion capture during the performance.

Once the avatar is rigged and ready a fully audio reactive environment is built around it to encompass every frequency of the audio and turn the world into a fully immersive audio/visual experience.

Finally the live performance is captured via a series of virtual cinematic cameras that combine to create a sense of real connection to the artist and the performance.

The full performance will be available soon, so be sure watch this space for updates on how to live this experience we created for you!
