    Uploaded on Jul 6, 2010

You witness the first badminton robot in the world ! As you can see for yourself, it is not only a nice piece of engineering, but it is also fun to play with. During this project, we heavily relied on the experiences we gained in the world of machine building. Some typical machines are included in which FMTC technologies have been applied. On the other hand, the lessons learned in this project were forwarded to our industrial partners i.e. this project was in many ways beneficial for our industrial partners. As a conclusion, the badminton robot not only shows the power of mechatronics but it also shows its potential for the machine building industry.
