The Airlander 10 hybrid aircraft, nicknamed the 'flying bum' is the largest aircraft in the world and is expected to become a showcase of UK innovation.
It can stay airborne for up to five days at a time to carry out a wide range of tasks including communication and surveillance, as well as tourist passenger flights.
The aircraft left its UK hangar for the first time this week and will undergo further tests on the ground before it can be cleared to fly.
