    "Quake bot" bests human journalists

    Posting only three minutes after a 4.4-magnitude earthquake, the Los Angeles Times' "quake bot" wrote a story about the quake that beat its human counterparts to press. The quake bot is a computer program that automatically generates stories using earthquake data from the United States Geological Survey, the program has other uses as well, according to its inventor. RT's Gayane Chichakyan takes a look.
