    This is OScar -a Low Cost, Programmable Robotic Development Platform. Oscar comes with his own Arduino Uno Prototyping board.
    You can add features like lights, 4WD "Off-Road" wheels, and even a pan/tilt mount to support a Go-Pro Camera!
