Saronic unveils Corsair: an autonomous surface vessel for a future hybrid fleet

Oct 23, 2024

Saronic, a defense technology leader in maritime autonomy, has officially launched Corsair, the third model in its family of Autonomous Surface Vessels (ASVs). At 24 feet, Corsair is the largest ASV in Saronic’s line of autonomous systems. With a range of 1,000 nautical miles, a payload capacity of 1,000 pounds, and a top speed of 35+ knots, Corsair can support a wide range of strategic blue-water operations – from maritime domain awareness to delivery of kinetic and non-kinetic effects – extending naval power while keeping sailors out of harm’s way.

Meet Saronic's Echelon

Jul 30, 2025

As maritime environments become more contested and complex, the need for intuitive, scalable autonomy in the maritime domain has never been greater. Meet Saronic's Echelon – a unified platform for high fidelity simulation, advanced mission planning, and real-time command-and-control (C2) across our growing family of Autonomous Surface Vessels (ASVs).

Echelon empowers a single operator to plan, simulate, and execute missions across multiple ASVs—all from a single interface. This is a major step forward in enabling one-to-many operations, where a single operator can control a fleet of ASVs reliably, safely, and from anywhere.

Since the company’s inception, Saronic has invested significant time, resources, and engineering manpower into the development, testing, and validation of Echelon. It has been proven in real-world settings, providing operators with an intuitive interface and user experience that allows them to filter noise, surface insights, and make fast, informed decisions.
