Meet ESCHER, the robot that rescues - Virginia Tech
June 1, 2015

Virginia Tech's latest student-made robot is ESCHER, and he's ready for competition. In the DARPA Robotics Challenge finale, he'll go up against other robots from around the world to complete a series of rescue and recovery tasks. A total of $3.5 million is at stake, with $1 million for second place and $500,000 for third place.
