FORM was founded by Dan Eisenhardt, an ex-competitive swimmer and former co-founder/CEO of Recon Instruments, which shipped the world’s first smart eyewear for sports in 2010 and was acquired by Intel in 2015. Surrounding Dan is a team of super talented people with decades of combined experience in sports eyewear design, activity tracking algorithms, and augmented reality optics.
