Eris first launch

Gilmour Space’s Eris orbital launch vehicle was launched for the first time (TestFlight 1) from the Bowen Orbital Spaceport, Australia, on 30 July 2025. Eris is designed to launch a payload of up to 215 kg to 500 km Sun-synchronous orbits (SSO) or up to 305 kg to Low-Earth orbits (LEO).
