Dance performance by robot idol Premaid AI

Kanagawa-based Manoi’s Premaid AI, which is being dubbed a “robot idol,” is on display at International Robot Exhibition 2015 at Tokyo Big Sight. It can perform preprogrammed dances to music and show a range of moves as it is equipped with 25 servomotors. The robot is priced at 138,000 yens and is scheduled to make its commercial debut before the end of the year.
