The fourth Long March-12 launch vehicle (长征十二号遥四, Long March-12 Y4, CZ-12 Y4) launched the SatNet LEO Group 16 satellites (卫星互联网低轨16组卫星, Satellite Internet LEO Group 13, part of the Guowang constellation) from the Hainan Commercial Space Launch Site (海南商业航天发射场), Wenchang International Aerospace City, Hainan Province, China, on 11 December 2025, at 23:00 UTC (12 December, 07:00 local time). According to official sources, the satellites entered the preset orbit successfully.
