This is the Trackbot Wireless Robotic Platform from Inspectorbots. The Trackbot has rubber tracks to increase traction and a wide-field camera for remote inspections, security, surveillance and a variety of other applications. This video demonstrates how to operate the Trackbot with 24" Arm. The Platform was developed as a custom solution for a customer who is interested in performing safety checks of commercial trucks after they have been weighed on a weigh bridge. The platform features a high resolution video camera on a pan/ tilt mechanism. The platform is tethered for unlimited power supply and the video is transmitted wirelessly to the display in the OCU (operator's control unit).
