Russia: Engineers show off their new COCKROACH robot

Engineers at the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University showed off their miniature robot, which is based on the movement and appearance of a cockroach, in Kaliningrad, Thursday. Daniil Borchevkin, one of the lead engineers on the project, hoped the robot's "small mechanical systems" would help with the development of "biomedical appendices, including prosthetic limbs."
