We have successfully achieved the technological breakthrough in sim-to-real (simulation-to-real-world) transfer for robotic reinforcement learning training. Through comprehensive optimization of simulation environments and deployment processes, precise calibration of physical parameters, and cross-platform validation methods, we have significantly reduced the sim-to-real gap. Multi-scenario validations demonstrate a marked improvement in policy transfer success rates, enhancing both system robustness and generalization capabilities while substantially shortening robotic application development cycles. PNDbotics, in partnership with @NoitomRobotics and ‪@inspire-robots1939‬ , presents the one-stop data acquisition solution package based on the Adam-U hardware platform. Pre-orders are now open! It will make its official launch at WAIC2025 (World Artificial Intelligence Conference), with in-stock units starting at 45,000$.

This package is equipped with Noitom’s PNLink professional full-body wired inertial motion capture suit and Inspire Robots’ RH56E2 6-DOF tactile dexterous hand. Together, the three parties have built a rich ecosystem spanning hardware to software, providing end-to-end support for users from R&D to production scenarios.

Adam-U is an integrated platform specifically designed for data acquisition and manipulation training. It features 31 degrees of freedom, including a 2-DOF head, 6-DOF dexterous hands, a 3-DOF waist, and a binocular vision system. The waist is also fitted with a braking system, ensuring safety and stability while achieving maximum flexibility. Its rigorously optimized biomimetic structure effectively enhances the usability of data acquisition and the utilization of human data, offering robust data support for reinforcement learning and imitation learning.
