Dr. Anand Chandrasekaran, Founder, CTO, Mad Street Den briefly laid down the definition of a successful innovation as “setting a clear goal on the purpose of innovation channelized by constant guidance and motivation”. He also stated that upon the perfect blend of the above ingredients, innovation is sure to go places.
He pointed out examples of high end innovations and pitched that innovations becomes purposeful only when it’s relevant to the end user based on topographical advantages and limitations.
He concluded with an appeal to the industries to come up with innovative ideas by setting up Day Care Centers in the office premises for today's women to augment work life balance.
