The Ascending Technologies GmbH was founded by Michael Achtelik, Klaus Doth, Daniel Gurdan and Jan Stumpf in 2007. Today Intel is minority shareholder of the Intel owner-managed unmanned aviation company in Krailling, near Munich, Germany.
