"Autonomous grilling robot fascinates guests at Stallwachter-party"

The BratWurst Bot was taking care of the guests by grilling sausages at the 53rd Stallwachter-Party of the Baden-Wurttemberg State Representation in Berlin. The autonomous service robot was continuously grilling German bratwursts on a regular gas grill all by itself.

The BratWurst Bot is able to grill German Sausages without any human help. It can localize the bratwurst on the pickup tray and on the gas grill.
The bratwurst manager schedules the grill time, delivery and ensures a good taste. All Software is based on ROS.
BratWurst Bot was presented at Stallwachter Party 2016 in Berlin and made more than 200 sausages autonomously.
