Covariant AI Robotic Putwall at Capacity 3PL | Completing thousands of orders at over 500 PPH

This video highlights the impact of Covariant’s AI-powered robotic putwall, at Capacity, a 3PL serving some of the world’s largest eCommerce brands.

Affectionately named ‘Waldo’, the autonomous putwall has been fulfilling thousands of customer orders at over 500 PPH, with less than 0.1% of them needing human intervention!

Fully integrated into Capacity’s existing processes and WMS, the end-to-end solution was designed, developed, and installed by Covariant. The system autonomously picks up and scans items from an inbound tote, and then places the item into the correct cubby in the putwall corresponding to the order.
