Long March-2C launches Shijian-30 A-C

A Long March-2C launch vehicle launched the Shijian-30A, Shijian-30B and Shijian-30C satellites (实践三十号A、B、C星) from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center (JSLC), Gansu Province, China, on 19 November 2025, at 04:01 UTC (12:01 local time). According to official sources, the satellites were deployed into the intended orbits and “will be mainly used for space environment exploration and related technology verification”.

According to official sources, the satellite entered the planned orbit successfully and “will be mainly used for satellite communication, radio and television, data transmission and other services, as well as for conducting related technical tests and verifications”.

Long March-4B launches Yaogan-47

A Long March-4B launch vehicle launched the Yaogan-47 remote sensing satellite (遥感四十七号卫星) from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, China, on 9 December 2025, at 03:41 UTC (11:41 local time). According to official sources, the satellite has entered the preset orbit successfully and “will be primarily used in national land surveys, urban planning, road network design, crop yield estimation, environmental management, and disaster prevention and mitigation”.

According to official sources, the satellite entered the planned orbit successfully and “will primarily support services including satellite communication, data transmission, and radio and television broadcasting, as well as conducting relevant technical tests and validations”.
 

Long March-4B launches Ziyuan III 04

A Long March-4B launch vehicle (长征四号乙) launched the Ziyuan III 04 satellite (资源三号04星) from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center, Shanxi Province, China, on 16 December 2025, at 03:17 UTC (11:17 local time). Ziyuan III 04 is a new Earth-observation satellite that will join Ziyuan III 02 and Ziyuan III 03 in a network to capture high-definition 3D images and multispectral data.
