It adjusts its teaching based on the user's previous amount of practice and skill
It has an interactive face that provides the partner with feedback to help them identify their mistakes, show their progress and give encouragement
The bot could have applications in physical rehabilitation and sports training, as well as in handover controls between humans and driverless cars

The most robots dancing simultaneously is 1,069 and was achieved by WL Intelligent Technology Co, Ltd in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. The robots were Dobi models who along with being programmed to dance can also sing, box, play football and execute kung fu moves. The robot display broke the previous record of 1,007, achieved by Ever Win Company & Ltd. in 2017

The Intelligence Mechatronics Lab is conducting research on getting robots to be more human-like with their motions and improving their non-verbal communication. There's a lot of non-verbal communication in dance which led professor, John Baillieul, and PhD student, Kayhan Ozcimder, to see if they could come up with a mathematical formula for a robot to interpret the art of salsa dancing.

More than 600 people, including political authorities, experts and CIOs from large enterprises, attended the ICT festival in Barcelona, Festibity, which took place at the National Theater of Catalonia (TNC) on Tuesday May 28. Festibity's edition this year was focused on Robotics and Artificial Intelligence. The act was staged by the choreographer and dancer Sol Picó, dancing together the cobot UR10e from Universal Robots.
