Remoting russian interface

About the Russian language:
In the lower left corner is Quick Language Chooser
In it can choose Russian, and the interface becomes Russian
This information in Russian where something is stored on the site
I ask you to remove the Russian language option from Quick Language Chooser and delete the information in Russian from the site

This should be fixed now It was actually removed before however it was reverted when I restored the backup during the https youtube issue. This should be fixed now
