The film we have set out to make is about a rebel girl in the future who meets a boy robot. The world of The Garden is ruled by Artificial Intelligence. It’s not a friendly place for human beings who by 2089 are an out-of-date concept. The only way for Luc to survive is to integrate into a better version of herself and live pain-free forever. The idea sounds tempting, especially when she meets Azul, an odd robot with a thing for humans. But Luc doesn’t want to be like everybody else: she wants to dance, she wants to be free, she wants to be flawed.
