LandSpace ZhuQue-1 first launch

LandSpace ZhuQue-1 rocket launched the Weilai-1 (Future-1) satellite from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, Gansu Province, northwest China, on 27 October 2018, at 08:00 UTC (16:00 local time). According to Zhang Changwu (CEO, LandSpace Technology Corporation), the spacecraft failed to achieve orbit due to an issue with the third stage. This was the first launch of the ZhuQue-1 (ZQ-1, 朱雀一号) launch vehicle, developed by LandSpace Technology Corporation (蓝箭, Blue Arrow), a private company located in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, east China. Weilai-1 or “Future” was a small satellite owned by China Central Television (CCTV) and intended for scientific experiments and Earth observation.

ZhuQue-2 is powered by four 80-tons thrust TQ-12 (天鹊, Tianque) liquid oxygen and liquid methane (LOX+LCH4) rocket engines.

LandSpace’s ZhuQue-2 launch vehicle (朱雀二, ZQ-2, 朱雀二号遥三, ZhuQue-2 Y3) launched three satellites, Honghu (鸿鹄卫星), Honghu-2 (鸿鹄二号卫星) and Tianyi-33 (天仪33卫星,TY-33) , from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, Gansu Province, China, on 8 December 2023, at 23:39 UTC (9 December, at 07:39 local time). LandSpace Technology Corporation (蓝箭, Blue Arrow) is a private company located in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. ZhuQue-3 10-kilometre VTVL test

LandSpace’s ZhuQue-3 launch vehicle (朱雀三, ZQ-3) successfully performed a 10-kilometre vertical takeoff, vertical landing (VTVL) test at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, China, on 11 September 2024, at 04:00 UTC (12:00 local time). ZhuQue-3 is a partially reusable, liquid oxygen and liquid methane (LOX+LCH4) powered, launch vehicle developed by LandSpace Technology Corporation (蓝箭, Blue Arrow). According to the company, the test was conducted with a single-stage liquid oxygen/liquid methane rocket, with a diameter of 3.35 metres and a length of 18.3 metres, made from the same high-strength stainless steel airframe structure that will be used on the ZhuQue-3 rocket.

LandSpace Technology Corporation (蓝箭, Blue Arrow) is a private company located in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. ZhuQue-2E is powered by four 80-tons thrust TQ-12 (天鹊, Tianque) liquid oxygen and liquid methane (LOX+LCH4) rocket engines on the first stage and a single 85-tons thrust TQ-15A (天鹊15A) liquid oxygen methane rocket engine on the second stage.
